Rate of Pay: $18.50/hr (based on experience)

We’re looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic Resident Assistant who’s passionate about hospitality, senior engagement, and making a meaningful difference every day.

 What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality personal care to residents — including bathing, dressing, grooming, and more.
• Assist with mealtime — help cut food, encourage eating, and create a pleasant dining experience.
• Complete and document shift assignments; communicate any concerns to the nursing supervisor.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and team members through clear and caring communication.
• Lead or support engaging activities that bring joy and connection.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year experience as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or RA preferred — but we’re willing to train the right person!
• A heart for service, a positive attitude, and a team-first mindset.
• Competitive pay starting at $18.50/hr
