We’re looking for an experienced Change and Transition Manager to join the Identity Services Acceleration Programme (ISAP) within our Regulatory and Identity Services branch. This is a key role helping to design, lead and embed change across a significant programme of work.
About The Role
As the Change and Transition Manager, you’ll design and lead change and transition processes across the programme — ensuring our people, partners and stakeholders are supported through transformation.
You’ll use your change management expertise to:
- Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change and transition plans
- Work collaboratively across business areas to ensure change initiatives are well designed and successfully embedded
- Provide strategic advice on business improvement and change delivery
- Partner with leaders to help teams understand, prepare for and adapt to change
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with leaders, staff, and external stakeholders to support programme objectives and effective communication.
You’ll be a key connector between the programme and the business, ensuring change is well understood, effectively managed, and delivers sustainable benefits.
What we’re looking for
- Prior experience in developing and implementing organisational change strategies in complex environments
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
- A strong knowledge of change management principles and frameworks and methodologies
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable plans
- Experience working within or alongside the public sector and an understanding of government processes
