We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Programme Coordinator to join the Identity Services Acceleration Programme (ISAP) within our Regulatory and Identity Services branch.
About The Role
As the Programme Coordinator, you’ll play a key support role across a busy and dynamic programme. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, great organisational skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
You will help keep the programme running smoothly by:
- Coordinating key activities, work plans and milestones
- Maintaining accurate risk and issue logs
- Managing meeting schedules, secretariat support and reporting requirements
- Providing excellent administrative and coordination support to ensure the programme delivers on its objectives
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting others to succeed.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in project or programme coordination, including reporting, scheduling and documentation
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Great communication and relationship management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and comfort learning new systems quickly
