Job Summary:

Manage projects in accordance with the Emerson PMO process to guarantee timely completion, budget accuracy, and Customer happiness.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Initiating & Planning

  • Lead the proposal/sales handover meeting, Kick of Meetings
  • Develop & implement as per Project plan.
  • Develop & Maintain Project Schedule as per Contractual / Customer Agreed Schedule

Implementing

  • Achieve project objectives (cost, schedule, profitability, quality) comply with Emerson's HSE policies.
  • Identifying, analyze, and mitigate project risks through risk register and management plan.
  • Lead internal and external changes, communicates with Customers to obtains approval.
  • Estimate and secure Team Members (Engg, Procurement, Logistics, Quality etc.) for projects in line with schedule.
  • Leading subcontractor schedules, quality-of-work, and payment release.

Monitor & Control

  • Handle project financial performance, including budgets, GPs, ETCs, EACs.
  • Handles project status, performance, and forecasting for Emerson management and Customers.

Procurement & Logistics

  • Accurate understanding of INCO terms and trade compliance laws
  • Continuously improve project management practices for efficiency, profitability, and timely completion & Close-Out
  • Verify transactions adhere to company's trade compliance procedures and raise concerns to local gatekeeper.

Customer Needs

  • PM will be primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and staff, raising any project issues.
  • Focus on understanding customer needs and resolving problems for customer satisfaction.

Adhere to Best Practices

  • Implement Project Management standards, Best Practices, (Including procurement, implementation, and customer site commissioning)
  • Adhere to Emerson PMO processes.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical or any other process control industry
  • At least 5 years of relevant project management experience
  • PMP Certification is highly preferred.
  • Oil & Gas Industry equipment, Instruments, Piping and structural work.
  • Showed strength in project tools (MS Projects) and techniques.
  • Expertise in Process Gas and Liquids measurement, adhering to industry standards like ASME, ANSI, API, MPMS, and ISO.
