Role Overview

We're seeking a Growth Product Manager who thrives on getting in front of customers, understands what drives product success, and can translate insights into meaningful improvements that help our users achieve their goals. This role is for someone who values attention to detail, takes ownership of outcomes, and brings both analytical rigor and customer empathy to everything they do.

You'll work closely with our Head of Product and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, run experiments, and scale what works—all while maintaining the high standards our healthcare customers depend on.

What you will do

Customer Engagement & Insight Generation

  • Get in front of customers regularly to understand their real challenges and workflow needs
  • Listen actively and take detailed notes during customer conversations and feedback sessions
  • Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and growth opportunities
  • Present findings confidently to stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions

Data-Driven Product Development

  • Experienced in using analytics tools to understand user behaviour and identify improvement opportunities
  • Design and run experiments to test hypotheses and validate product changes
  • Tell compelling stories with data that help teams understand what's working and what isn't
  • Challenge our assumptions and look to disprove ideas rather than just seeking validation
  • Focus on what users need rather than getting distracted by feature requests or anecdotal feedback
  • Prioritise revenue targets alongside user experience to ensure sustainable product growth

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

  • Work confidently across the business to unblock issues and move projects forward
  • Ask for help when needed and use time effectively by getting feedback at the right moments
  • Prioritise effectively and help the team understand what matters most
  • Communicate clearly and directly - able to explain complex concepts and answer questions concisely
  • Take ownership of deliverables and follow through reliably on commitments.

Operational Excellence

  • Adaptable to new tools and quick to adopt the right technology for the job
  • Pay attention to detail and catch issues in first-pass reviews
  • Keep work organised and maintain clean documentation and project management
  • Good cross-collaborator who incorporates feedback and learnings into future work

What you will need

  • 4+ years in product management with demonstrated experience using analytics to drive product decisions
  • Startup experience - comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Customer-facing experience - confident engaging with users and stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical background using BI tools, product analytics, or similar platforms to extract insights
  • Skills & Approach
  • Organised but not process-heavy - structured enough to manage complex projects and execute them
  • Confident and positive - you can challenge ideas constructively
  • Team player who collaborates well and builds others up
  • Take feedback and are genuinely interested in continuous improvement
  • Eager to learn and share knowledge and insights with the broader team
  • Technical Capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar
  • Experimentation mindset - comfortable with A/B testing and iterative approaches over waterfall planning
  • Attention to detail - catches issues, foresees edge cases and maintains high quality standards
  • Effective communication - can articulate ideas clearly and answer questions directly

Your Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Company EMI share option scheme
  • 25 days annual leave
