About the Opportunity

At T&G Global, we believe in growing world-class apples through a world-class team. We’re looking for a Supply & Continuous Improvement Technician to join our Operations team and be at the heart of driving quality, innovation, and performance across our orchards.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on both field and technical work, leading projects, collecting and analysing data, and supporting seasonal operations from budwood to box.

What Are We Looking For:

• Technical Operations & Quality Support
• Drive Daily Management Systems (DMS) practices across growing teams
• Lead real-time orchard data collection, maturity monitoring & fruit sizing
• Supervise and support seasonal activities like pruning, thinning, harvest, pest management
• Collaborative Leadership
• Support both internal orchard teams and independent suppliers
• Coach seasonal staff and promote best-practice growing methods
• Represent senior managers in key forums and projects
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Conduct 5S audits, assist with trials, and help improve orchard systems
• Support a proactive health, safety & wellness culture

You Will Need:

• At least 2 years’ horticulture experience (ideally with apples or other perishable produce)
• Excellent data analysis, reporting and communication skills
• Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, web-based databases)
• Certificate in Horticulture (Level 4) or equivalent experience

Desirable

• Horticulture or agricultural degree
• Knowledge of fruit quality standards, apple production, and regulatory requirements
• Experience in quality systems and interpreting maturity data (e.g. ESPs)
