In This Position You Will:

As a part-time (20 hours a week) bolt sales professional, you will assist customers with their insurance needs by sharing your property and casualty insurance knowledge. You will be expected to work not only independently, also working in a team environment to achieve the departments goals. This role will report to a sales manager but will be actively mentored by the entire sales team.
 

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Converting leads to sales by rapidly responding to customers who have requested a quote
  • Provide insurance recommendation, quotes, and issue policies
  • Present cross- sell opportunities to your clients
  • Build client relationships based on trust and integrity
  • Make recommendations to clients based upon their needs

You will require the following qualifications and skills:

  • Some college preferred
  • P&C License is REQUIRED
  • A minimum of one-year experience, selling either personal or commercial lines
  • Strong understanding of how to close a sale
