Safe At Home After Hours Coordinator (Weekend Position)

  • Location: Fully Remote (Company laptop provided)
  • Pay: $13/hour
  • This is a remote, weekend position that requires active availability during the following times:
  • Saturday: 8–9am, 12–1:30pm, 5–6pm, 8–9pm (4.5 hours total)
  • Sunday: 8–9am, 10–11am, 12:30–1:30pm, 5–6pm, 8–9pm (5.5 hours total)
  • Total paid hours: 10 hours per weekend
  • Average workload: 4–8 hours of active work per weekend

This position is fully remote. However, in person training for this position will take place at our home office located in Ann Arbor, MI.

You’ll be asked to remain available and online during the scheduled time blocks. If there are no active shifts to manage or calls to respond to during a given time period, you’ll still clock in and be paid for your scheduled availability. This ensures reliable coverage for families while providing predictable pay for coordinators.

There is also potential for additional hours during weekday afternoons when extra coverage is needed.

As a Weekend After Hours Coordinator, you’ll ensure caregivers and families are supported with empathy, professionalism, and timely communication. This is a part-time, remote opportunity that’s perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a structured yet flexible environment, and values meaningful, family-centered work.

What You’Ll Do

  • Respond promptly and kindly to caregiver and family calls, texts, and emails
  • Schedule and confirm shifts using our care management platform (WellSky)
  • Support families with empathy, clear communication, and problem-solving
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all scheduling activity
  • Work collaboratively with the Safe at Home team to ensure a strong fill rate
  • Handle challenges calmly and professionally, with compassion and care

What You’Ll Bring
