Sweep Is Hiring A Sales Development Representative Manager, Tasked With Improving Performance And Abilities Over Time By Providing Coaching And Feedback To The Sdr Team.

Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in a sales development role, with leadership experience. In addition to being very organised and analytical, you love working with people and helping others succeed.

Sweep software lets businesses take control of their sustainability journey, from managing and reducing emissions, to championing cutting edge climate projects.

Ok, Sounds Promising. What Will I Be Doing?

You’ll be on the front line of our sales motion, driving the pace of pipeline creation across the company. You’ll coach and develop a high-performing SDR team, equip leadership with data-driven insights, and stay on the cutting edge of how AI is reshaping the SDR function.

Lead from the front- organizing and participating in call blitzes and live coaching sessions.

  • Build, refine, and optimize multichannel cadences and messaging.
  • Develop SDRs through regular 1:1s, call reviews, and structured enablement.
  • Maintain a rigorous operating rhythm with clear KPIs, reporting, and funnel diagnostics.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to align ICP, targeting, and handoff quality.
  • Experiment with and implement AI-first tooling to increase productivity and personalization.
  • Surface actionable insights and recommendations to leadership using data and dashboards.

To be more specific, this includes:

  • Train and optimize a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements.
  • Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results.
  • Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance - share those metrics with senior management.
  • Manage inbound lead flow and track efficiency of sales and marketing program.
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love working.
  • Oversee usage of team systems including Salesforce, Salesloft, Cognism, Gong, etc.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure success of online/offline marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and coach our Sales Development Representatives Team to provide Large Enterprise Qualified Leads to our Account Executives.
  • Participate in the recruiting process by interviewing potential candidates, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive training sessions, team meetings and 121s.
  • Resolve routine problems and act as the first point of escalation for SDRs.
  • Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching and incentives.
  • Encouraging creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Monitoring KPIs improve the efficiency of SDR processes.

  • Making sure the prospect fits our target profile.
  • Highlighting Sweep’s value to raise interest.
  • Identifying the key decision makers.
  • Sharing ideas and best practices with the team to contribute to growth.
  • Ensuring all communications are logged in the CRM (Salesforce) and information is accurate.

Qualifications 🏆

  • You bring a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Experience in SDR leadership
  • Experience in software-as-a-service environments in the B2B Enterprise space
  • Well developed negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with strong consultative sales approach
  • Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of CSR and sustainability is a clear plus
  • Proficient in English, French is a bonus but not required
