Job Description
We are looking for a Software Engineer with experience in both modern and legacy technologies to join our development team. You will contribute to the evolution of our healthcare and laboratory information systems, integrating external services and analytical devices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software components using Delphi, C#, and React.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and WebServices (SOAP/XML/JSON). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate external systems and laboratory analyzers.
- Develop and maintain interfaces for analyzers and HL7 messaging workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Proficiency in Delphi and C# for backend development.
- Experience with React for frontend development. Solid understanding of API design and integration.
- Familiarity with WebServices (SOAP and REST).
- Good development practices and version control (e.g., Git).
Valuable Experience:
- Knowledge of clinical laboratory workflows and LIS systems.
- Experience with HL7 messaging standards and healthcare interoperability.
- Development of interfaces for laboratory analyzers.
- Understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).
Desired Profile:

Onboarding
As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment. This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including the identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving your IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.
