The Role
As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide business with IT systems, services, and support required to ensure seamless operations.
You will act as a key player in helping internal users troubleshoot issues, maintain compliance, and ensure that IT processes align with the company’s needs and policies. If you're a problem-solver with a strong technical background, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- IT Helpdesk 1st level support to end users, handling IT tickets for IT requests and incidents, related to hardware, software and IT services.
- System Administrator - 1st level support, undertaking the installation, setup, and configuration of new end-user equipment and accounts (e.g., laptops).
- IT Process Compliance Officer - Ensure all IT processes meet internal compliance requirements.
- Undertaking both internal and external team's projects initiatives and assignments.
- Assisting with Procurement policies and procedures.
- Testing and recording all the new IT changes regarding the laptop configuration (e.g., Security policies, Laptop Setup, Automations, etc.)
- IT Automation Engineer - Assist in identifying and implementing IT automation opportunities.
- Flexible & capable of effectively supporting business users remotely
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Mac OS. Linux OS basic knowledge will be considered a plus.
- Understanding of both on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with endpoint security, IT Governance, and asset management.
- Cybersecurity related skills are considered a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and deliver the appropriate technology solutions.
- Ability to clearly document processes and write end user manuals.
- Fluency in verbal and written English.
