About The Role
The purpose of this role is to accelerate Moove towards being a global, fast-growing, and profitable company. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives that support our growth objectives and market leadership in mobility asset finance. The Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, analyse market trends, and optimize our operational efficiency. To do so, this role will be responsible to define the vehicle and financial product strategy, drive the budgeting and planning cycles, create tools and processes to bring efficiency and effectiveness to Moove’s operations, and ensure reliable business reporting, internally and externally.
What You’ll be Doing
- Strategic Planning & Development
- Lead the development and refinement of the company's long-term strategic plans and annual operating plans.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, threats, and opportunities in the mobility asset finance sector.
- Evaluate potential new business models, product offerings, and market segments.
- Develop robust financial models and projections to support strategic recommendations.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Project Management & Implementation
- Manage the execution of strategic initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project delivery.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Analyze performance data and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to ongoing strategies.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of completed projects.
- Product & Investment Modelling
- Build financial models for product lines and scenarios.
- Perform financial analysis for decisions and investments.
- Model financial outcomes of new products.
- Conduct risk assessments on investment opportunities
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales, operations, risk, and technology, to ensure strategic alignment and support.
- Build strong relationships with external partners and industry experts.
- Communicate strategic objectives and progress effectively across the organization.
What You will need for this position
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
•Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategy, business development, investment banking or management consulting, or strategy teams of high growth start-ups preferably within the financial services, fleet or mobility sector.
•Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives.
•Experience with financial modelling, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Sql)

Directly reporting to our Regional Managing Director, and closely working with our Operations Team.
