Supervisor - Glazing + Facades

The Role

• Supervise on-site works of façade projects including glazing and cladding works, from initial site set up to completion.
• Measuring, cutting and installation of glass and other façade solutions including tilt-up panels and curtain walls
• Provide advice on any technical or trade issues
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements
• Oversee the project site, plant & equipment are maintained and in working order
• Coordinate direct labour, labour-hire and subcontractors, ensuring the efficient and appropriate delegation of work activities
• Effective running of project/s to meet project deadlines and budgets

About You

• Trade (Glazier or Carpenter) and construction background with previous experience working on large scale façade projects
• Team player with solid negotiation and influencing skills
• Frontline leadership experience
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
• Current Drivers Licence
