- Clerk Grade 7/8 - salary relative to experience; ranges from $113,574 - $125,720 + super
Our Consumer Energy Division is looking to appoint a Project Officer as part of the Community and Home Programs team. Drive positive outcomes for social housing tenants and the environment by administering grants under the New South Wales Social Housing Energy Performance Initiative (SHEPI).
About The Role
As a Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the New South Wales Social Housing Energy Performance Initiative (SHEPI) by delivering the primary grants-administration processes for the Community Housing Energy Performance (CHEP) grants program.
Your work will focus on enabling energy-efficient upgrades and sustainable infrastructure improvements across social housing sites, ensuring alignment with government priorities and compliance with relevant guidelines. By collaborating with stakeholders, managing grant processes, and driving community-focused outcomes, you will help improve living conditions and energy resilience for vulnerable households across New South Wales.
About You
Ideal candidates are proactive and community-focused professionals with strong program administration skills, capable of delivering outcomes on time, within budget, and to high standards.
You will bring knowledge of operational requirements for implementing sustainability, climate change, resilience, adaptation, or net zero emissions programs, or of administering NSW Government grant programs, and excel at managing competing priorities while driving impactful results across housing and energy initiatives.
