Executes and generates sales results by creating, managing, and executing on social media, website and personal branding tools and programs with financial representatives to provide leads and expand their markets. Leads and participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing initiatives and programs that support existing business objectives and strategies. Creates social media content for advisors, agents, and financial representatives to utilize, onboards advisors, agents, and financial representatives to marketing tools and helps them expand their markets by leveraging prospecting tools and programs. Creates individualized marketing plans for advisors, agents, and financial representatives and helps them execute those plans to drive sales results. Strategizes and creates new marketing initiatives. Helps advisors, agents, and financial representatives focus on profit driven marketing activities.

What You'Ll Do:
- Executes marketing programs (i.e. material creation, contests, field communications, sales concepts, etc.), develops and manages marketing partnerships, creates new marketing channels, and processes to achieve annual and long-term revenue objectives.
- Investigates and analyzes business opportunities. Identifies implementation timelines and coordinates project requirements and processes with internal and external resources. Evaluates project and/or campaign results and makes recommendations for future improvements.
- Translates strategic direction into actionable hypotheses and designs tests to validate them. Manages day-to-day marketing program activities including budgeting, monitoring, controlling, forecasting, providing variance analysis, obtaining organizational buy-in, and communicating information.
- Provides training for other team members. Acts as a marketing liaison with Home Office personnel (e.g. Compliance, Sales, etc.) and outside vendors to communicate objectives and direct activities.
- Reviews existing processes and develops new processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Coordinates process changes with impacted areas and individuals. Monitors effectiveness of process changes and quality of results. Implements enhancements to processes as necessary.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical and regulatory changes in the financial services, insurance and direct response marketing industries.
- Manages end-to-end ad funnel from creative to media placement to landing page testing & optimization.
- Supports SEO efforts across social media platforms and websites.
- Keeps pace with SEO and digital marketing industry trends and developments.
- Monitors and evaluates website platform, requests enhancements to improve SEO and local advisor searchability and executes enhancements with advisors, agents, and financial representatives.
- Creates social media campaigns for financial representatives and advisors, including image and video posts. Works with advisors to subscribe to campaigns and enhance their social media presence to drive social media conversions.Maintains knowledge of social media platform changes and becomes a leader in pivoting content to meet the needs of advisors, agents, and financial representatives in changing environments.
- Develops the strategy and executes on a distribution-wide social presence, to educate financial representatives and advisors on product updates, contests and incentives, industry and firm updates as well as sales tips and strategies.Utilizes traditional and non-traditional communication methods.
- Drives and manages marketing programs and initiatives aligned with segment level strategic objectives and financial goals.Contributes to Mutual of Omaha's short- and long-term digital strategy in a manner that aligns with the overall SBU/Operation goals.
- Monitors and tracks the performance of solutions and reports back to the field and HO leaders and marketing teams. Shares progress towards shared goals and objectives with business partners and other leaders.
What You'Ll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years in a marketing role.
- Financial services and/or insurance experience.
- Extensive experience driving sales results leveraging marketing tactics.
- Social media, SEO experience.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking skills.
- Proven distribution experience in preparation, execution, and management of marketing plans and budgets.
- Experience in copywriting and graphic design.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to analyze processes.
- Excellent human relations and written and verbal communications skills.
- Initiative, leadership and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, Patriot Act, and privacy and data usage laws.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance or related field
- Considerable knowledge of advertising and financial services principles, practices and regulations.
- Strong background in business.
