Grand Villa Assisted Living Facility in Altamonte Springs, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our senior community team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities within the community, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety inspections
• Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure all facilities and equipment are maintained in compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents, prioritizing urgent issues
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute facility upgrades and renovations

Skills And Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a tradesperson, journeyman, or in a similar maintenance role
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
• Valid Florida medical card accepted; a Level 2 background screening and drug screening are required
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe environment
