• You will develop business strategies, taking into account future trends and goals.
• You will design, execute and manage strategic projects across all phases, from analysis to concept development to implementation.
• You will coordinate and moderate workshops, give methodical trainings as well as coaching of project partners.
• You will be responsible for the preparation and execution of decision-making meetings with top management as well as active stakeholder management.
• You will be a sparring partner for other management consultants.
• You have successfully completed your master's degree, ideally in Economics or Engineering.
• You have worked as a strategic consultant for 5-8+ years.
• You are characterized by a precise, independent, and structured way of working in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a scientifically sound and methodical approach to work and are highly motivated.
• You have strong organizational and excellent communication skills, especially when interfacing with customers; you have the ability to communicate complex content in a simple manner.
• Your willingness to take responsibility and drive topics forward will move the team to the next level.
• You are willing to travel.
• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
