WHAT YOU'LL DO

•Enable renowned customers in the implementation of agile methods.
•Coach and train management, product owners, scrum masters and cross-functional agile teams in the development of an agile process organization interacting between business, hardware, and software development.
•Support scaled and complex agile process organizations and their teams in the execution of events in an agile context and accompany the continuous improvement process.
•Bring agile values and principles as well as agile practices to life and promote leadership behavior in terms of servant leadership.
•Work in a network organization with maximum self-determination.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have an academic background and hands-on experience in the Scaled Agile Framework.
• (SAFe) and ideally training as a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
• You have very strong communication skills and are confident in front of customers as a coach or trainer.
• You are an entrepreneur in the company and have team skills as well as a high customer and goal  orientation.
• You are well networked and know who and what can help us.
• You are flexible and willing to travel.
• Your fingers are quite colorful from all the visualizing.
• Knowledge of Lean Management, DevOps and Design Thinking is a welcomed attribute.
