About The Role

We are looking for a talented Digital Art – Content Creator to join our creative team. You will play a key role in designing and producing digital assets, with a strong focus on motion graphics, social media content, and short-form video. If you’re a creative thinker who loves turning ideas into compelling visuals and engaging stories, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute creative content ideas that communicate corporate messages with clarity and impact.
• Plan, script, design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including motion graphics, video content, social media visuals, email campaigns, and website visuals.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives for motion graphics projects.
• Create engaging short-form video content (e.g. reels, TikToks).
• Edit and repurpose content for different formats and audiences (reels, stories, feed posts, carousels, etc.).
• Support the digital team in the design of social media campaigns and performance ads (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Display and TikTok).
• Provide creative input to enhance the impact and effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and other team members to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
• Monitor design and social media trends, new tools, and digital storytelling techniques to bring fresh ideas into our projects.

Requirements

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media, digital marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or content creation, ideally within a creative or digital agency.
• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong portfolio showcasing video and social-first content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn videos), motion graphics and static design.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
• Experience creating content for social media and digital campaigns.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X and threads).
• Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual experiences.
