Mid Level – Object-Based Intelligence Governance Analyst
Why This is an Exciting Role:
As an Object-Based Intelligence (OBI) Governance Analyst at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, you will play a critical role in supporting the creation of the governance framework for Object Based Intelligence (OBI) within the Defense Intelligence All-Source Analysis Enterprise (DIAAE). Some duties and responsibilities include:
- Organizing intelligence around objects of interest, incorporating authoritative and contributed reporting and analytic assessments to improve analysis.
- Assisting the OBI Governance and Tradecraft Team in the writing of any DIAAE OBI governance documents and assist in creating and revising related governance documents, including the DIAAE Object Attribute Playbook and OBI Governance Manual.
- Facilitating meetings of the DIAAE OBI Governance and Tradecraft Working Group (GTWG) and attend various meetings held across the DIAAE and Intelligence Community (IC).

Experience And Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
- 10 Years of experience in Intelligence or Analyst roles or a highly related field of work with similar scope and responsibilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master’s Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- In-depth understanding of Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and their impact on all-source analysis
- Knowledge of object-based production and object-based intelligence concepts.
- Experience in supporting all-source analysis in the Defense or Intelligence communities. Knowledge of the Defense Intelligence All-Source Analysis Enterprise (DIAAE).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
- Knowledge of one or more current object management systems such as RKS, ATOMS (MARS OMS), FADE
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience utilizing intelligence production expertise for data and knowledge integration.
- Ability to engage senior government leadership and stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
- Thorough understanding of the Intelligence Cycle.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high visibility environment. Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation.
- Proficient in tactical and operational planning across various intelligence disciplines.
- Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team setup. Analytical and troubleshooting prowess.
- Proven ability to adapt analytical procedures to evolving requirements.
- Experience coordinating, drafting, and publishing policy documents related to Defense or Defense Intelligence issues.
- All-source analysis experience conducting dynamic force tracking at Combatant Command, Combat Support agency, or at a Service Component Command
Telework/Remote Availability: Limited Telework/Remote work currently authorized

Summary Pay Range:

$135,000 - $160,500
