Description

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Process New and Used vehicle contracts. 
  • Tear down New and Used deals daily, ensure all necessary documents are in the deal.
  • Verifies the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale.
  • File deposit receipts in deals.
  • Process and submit payoffs for Trade-ins.
  • Make accounting adjustments as needed and maintain clean schedules on a weekly basis.
  • Process Service Loaners coming in/out of inventory.
  • Responsible for all aspects of posting unwinds and rollbacks accurately.
  • Perform monthly Physical inventory.
  • Stock in New vehicles daily, print invoices and process the accounting.
  • Pull warranties and gaps from the deals for processing including cancellations.
  • File deals and other documents.
  • Other duties, as assigned

  • High professional dependable, helpful attitude and team player.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time Management-ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
