We are a technology-driven company leveraging AWS cloud infrastructure to build and host high-performance online applications. Our platforms are developed using modern frameworks such as Java/J2EE, Python, Spring Boot, Angular, and SQL. We are looking for a passionate Software Developer to join our growing engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our cloud-native applications.
This is an on-site role. Candidates must be in a commutable distance or willing to relocate independently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Java/J2EE, Python, Spring Boot, Angular, and SQL.
- Enhance and maintain the applications deployed on web servers.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Debug and resolve technical issues across the full stack (frontend, backend, and database).
- Integrate applications with AWS services (EC2, S3, FSx, Lambda, etc.) as needed.
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and contribute to code reviews.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
Requirements
Minimum Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in full stack software development.
- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, Python and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions) for frontend development.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, or similar).
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.
- Exposure to AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized applications.
- Experience with web server management.
- Experience with serverless development on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Basic understanding of security best practices in application development.

Work Environment Classification
This is an onsite position at Gilman location, eligible for some (typically 1 days/week on the discretion of hiring/reporting Manager) flexibility for work from home.
