Description

Makwa Global is seeking a Site Lead for digital training instruction and event support occurring within the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE) G3 Training Instruction Branch (MSCoE) 3200 complex, Fort Leonard Wood, MO. The Site Lead ensures digital MCS instruction, including training and training support of Mission Command Systems (MCS) application software that provides a Common Operating Picture (COP). The Site Lead performs the higher C2 function as well as act as the observer/controller (OC) for all training events for the Captain’s Career Course (CCC), the Basic Officer Leadership Course (BOLC), the Advanced Leader Course (ALC), and the Senior Leader Course (SLC) for USACBRNS, USAES, and USAMPS, as well as operational units located or training at FLW and the Regional National Guard and Reserves Units.

This position requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts. A SECRET Security clearance is not required; however, a background check as part of a Public Trust T1 Clearance is required.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consummate knowledge and demonstrated ability with the mission command warfighting function to develop and integrate those activities to enable a commander to balance the art of command and the science of control to integrate the other warfighting functions. 

Requirements

  • Must possess a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or a bachelor's degree, combined with at least 2 years of experience in simulations and staff positions at the Battalion level or higher
  • Expertise in team management, the MC Warfighting Function (WfF), and Army simulation system scenario development. 
  • Capable of attending and presenting at high-level meetings with senior leaders, including the Commanding General (CG) and Directors of Training (DOT) from various units. 
  • Strong communication skills – encompassing critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and clear, persuasive presentation abilities. 
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, as well as experience with the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and Large-Scale Combat Operations (LSCO). 
  • Graduate of a relevant course, such as the Captain Career Course (CCC), Warrant Officer Advanced Course (WOAC), Senior Leader Course (SLC), Battle Staff Course, or equivalent. 
  • Firm understanding the training Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process concepts
  • Must live local to the Fort Leavenworth, MO area, this is an on-site position Monday-Friday during normal working hours.
