LAWAZEM is looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by generating new leads and qualifying potential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong desire to succeed in a sales role.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and identify potential customers.
  • Qualify leads by engaging in conversations, understanding their needs, and assessing their fit for our products or services.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and incoming inquiries to nurture and qualify prospects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and target market to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and prioritize outreach efforts for maximum impact and success.
  • Research and build prospect lists using various sources and tools.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets for qualified leads and meetings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively without constant supervision.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
