The Fixed Term Employee will support the Compliance Market Conduct and Fraud Cluster to ensure that the program mandate is stable across entities.
Preferred Skills
- Organized and with keen attention to details
- Self motivated and can work with minimal supervision
- With good written and oral communication skills
- Can work under pressure
Qualifications
- College graduate preferably with experience in market conduct and fraud investigation in a life insurance industry. Willing to do admin tasks.
Responsibilities
- Logs cases in the Case Registry
- Maintains and updates Case Registry and relevant systems
- Issue clearance to resigning and come-backing advisors
- Scans case folders and send those folders offsite
- Supports Compliance Specialist to investigate complex cases i.e., issuance of Request for Explanation (RFE), policy document review, writing of Minutes of the Meeting during Clarificatory Meetings, and other support activities
- Prepares ad hoc reports requested by different Business Units.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
