Join our team as a Fraud Prevention Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in safeguarding QVC's operations from fraudulent activities. You will review suspicious orders using the ISS system, conducting thorough investigations that require sound judgement, and ensuring confidentiality while handling sensitive personal information. Your efforts will directly prevent losses and ensure legitimate orders are processed efficiently.

Your Impact

•  Review and analyze suspicious orders to determine potential fraud.
•  Conduct research and investigations on customer accounts.
•  Use system tools to assess order legitimacy.
•  Handle confidential information with discretion.
•  Prevent fraudulent shipments and fulfill legitimate orders promptly.
•  Participate in training programs to understand the critical nature of the role.

What You Bring

• Proficient in English .
• Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing studies.• Effective decision-maker with the ability to work independently.• Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in recognizing fraud trends and making reasoned decisions.
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel, are essential.• Clear and concise written communication for clear account documentation.• 1+ years of experience in Fraud/Risk/AML/KYC fields.• Positive attitude and understanding of QVC's culture.
