Role Overview

As our Assistant PR & Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Anessa’s PR, media, and marketing strategies. From crafting compelling campaigns to managing influencer relationships and optimizing digital touchpoints, you’ll play a pivotal role in building brand love and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations & Media Strategy

• Design and execute PR campaigns to boost brand visibility and reputation
• Cultivate strong media relationships across digital and traditional platforms
• Lead press releases, media events, and brand storytelling initiatives

Influencer & Affiliate Management

• Build and nurture partnerships with KOLs, affiliates, and brand ambassadors
• Develop influencer strategies that drive credibility and engagement
• Track performance and optimize collaborations for impact

Digital Marketing & Brand-Owned Assets

• Collaborate with digital teams to execute campaigns across Ecommerce and social platforms
• Manage content for Instagram and TikTok
• Ensure SEO and website updates reflect brand excellence

Retail & Visual Merchandising Support

• Partner with VM and Ops teams to maintain high-impact POP displays
• Support PR events, POS activations, and community outreach

Marketing Collateral & Creative Production

• Oversee creative briefs and production of marketing materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and promotional assets

CRM & Consumer Engagement

• Work with CRM teams to develop targeted campaigns
• Enhance customer engagement and loyalty strategies

Ecommerce Strategy & Promotions

• Plan and monitor monthly Ecommerce promotions
• Align digital marketing with Ecommerce growth goals

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• Conduct market research and trend analysis
• Deliver strategic insights to inform brand direction

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in PR, marketing, or brand management (masstige retail preferred)
• Strong grasp of digital marketing, influencer strategy, and retail promotions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with agencies, media partners, and CRM tools is a plus
