Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Partner and collaborate cross functionally to help define product roadmaps and long-term strategies.
• Working with project managers and tech leads to keep the product backlog focused and relevant.
• Research on update of existing products and new technologies, products and services on competitive landscape
• Act as a subject matter expert / product evangelist for assigned products and related products and services to build awareness and understanding.
• Work with finance to define pricing to ensure competitiveness in the market as well as financial profitability in the marketplace.
• Lead product implementation and lifecycle management.
• Lead cross departmental collaboration on product implementation.
• Create process maps and other documents for product business rules, technical specifications and sell sheets/battle cards.
• Writing and review white papers and case studies and train sales and other departments to create buy-in for the product vision with internal customers,
• Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, scope and prioritize activities based on customer insights.
• Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to improve the customer experience
• Partner with other internal partners in supporting the broad adoption of the product by creating communications and internal marketing strategy.
• Other duties as required or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• At least 6 year’s of experience in a product management or equivalent role, preferably in Telecommunications
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field or business/marketing
• Proficiency in automated testing, logging and monitory concepts and tools
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
• Must be able to work on-site in Ft. Lauderdale, FL
