Key Account Manager

Position: Major Tasks Achieve budgeted customer sales, profitability and market share targets. Apply strong negotiation and net revenue management skills. Lead customer profitability initiatives with commercial team. Develop and maintain strong business relationships across all accounts. Partner with Marketing & Category teams to identify category and shopper trends to deliver strong category growth and mutually beneficial financial outcomes Implement Net Revenue Mgt (NRM) principles to improve ROI and profitability Position: Skills,... Previous experience across managing key accounts for at least 3 years. Degree Qualified essential (or equivalent). Preferably major in Commerce, Business Studies or Marketing. Strong computer skills, including PowerBI and retail data Demonstrated success at creating, implementing and reviewing business plans for key accounts. Demonstrated success in high level negotiation outcomes. Proven ability to thrive and succeed through periods of ambiguity. Demonstrated ability to create and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders that deliver results and enable positive conflict resolution. Excellent presentation, communication and consultative skills. Demonstrated planning and forecasting for promotional uplift and tracking of trade spend.
