Your Tasks
- Customer support: provide stock availability, traceability, quotations and queries resolution towards our NX branches all around the world.
- Logistics: Sales Orders creation (SAP), release material preparations in our CWHs
- Support transport team providing and checking export documentation (Packing Lists).
- Coordinate with other departments to assure the spare parts delivery on time: warehouse, parts procurement, finance, and transport.
- Push internally in the organization to speed up most urgent deliveries: Down Turbines.

Your Profile
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or comparable qualifications and fields. High English level is fully needed. Spanish and/or German is a plus.
- Previous professional experience in Customer Service and/or Logistics.
- Proficiency/high level in MM and MS Office.
- SAP experience, preferable in the Material Management module.
- Strong customer orientation as well as communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in different business cultures.
- Motivated and committed personality with a high level of own initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Previous professional experience in Customer Service and/or Logistics.
