Description

The successful candidate will become a member of the Sales and Investor Relations team based in our London office.  You will create intelligence and target lists for sales people using our various subscriptions and databases.  You will conduct research prior to industry events, help plan and design target prospects ahead of business trips, help create and improve sales materials and in time support the Sales team with outreach and hosting calls. 

Key Responsibilities

Sales Facilitation

• Creating intelligence/ target lists for Salespeople using the various subscriptions /databases.
• Consultant analysis - Identify which consultants have relationships with which clients and build target lists per region.
• Background research prior to industry events. Create lists of targets and priorities. (AUM, $$ with competitors, interest in our strategies etc.) 
• Help plan and design target prospects ahead of business trips.  

Prospecting 

• Support the Sales team with outreach and hosting calls.  

Sales Material 

• Help with creation and improvement of our sales materials with help/guidance from PM’s and individual salespeople who are aligned by product.
• Analysis of competitors’ materials and identify how we can improve/enhance our marketing materials.  

Sales MI 

• Be the main point of contact for Sales MI that can be used by the Head of Business Development and Investor Relations and Senior Management.  

Competitor Intel 

• Keep up to speed with competitor white papers/ materials/ new launches. 
• Update sales team in weekly meetings
• Responsibility for our competitor analysis.

Skills Knowledge And Expertise

Experience, Knowledge, & Skills

• Preference for Numerate degree in finance, maths, physics, or engineering;
• Advanced IT Skillset, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Educated to degree (or equivalent) level or higher, preferably from a leading university; 
• IMC (Investment Management Certificate) Desirable but not essential.
