About The Role

• Developing and managing relationships predominantly across the Prime Partner Broker Panel, delivering sales and service excellence, and collaborating with Underwriting on solutions.
• Managing pipeline effectively to maximize new business strike rates, renewal retention, and growth in preferred segments.
• Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and business plans to achieve growth targets across the allocated panel.
• Analysing market trends, gaining broker insights, and aligning strategies to grow Allianz areas of appetite.
• Acting as a point of escalation for broker requests, managing credit/debt positions, and contributing to team meetings and sales staff development.

About You

• Extensive experience in relevant insurance lines and managing a portfolio of medium to large accounts/brokers.
• Proven ability in strategic sales, business planning, negotiation, and influencing outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize customer value by delivering high-quality services and positive experiences.
• Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships and networks to enhance industry positioning.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Sound technical knowledge of relevant lines of insurance products and associated legislation.
• A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
