Description
SKIMS is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to play a dual role in supporting our UK senior leadership team while ensuring the smooth operations of our London office. This is a unique opportunity to be part of SKIMS’ global expansion, acting as the connective tissue between executives, cross-functional teams, and a fast-paced office environment. Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Draft and edit correspondence, briefing materials, and presentations for executive use.
- Anticipate needs and proactively ensure executives are fully prepared for internal and external engagements.
Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
- Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, facilities, and IT coordination.
- Lead logistics for meetings, events, and team offsites, both in-office and externally.
- Ensure compliance with local office policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Project & Communication Coordination
- Serve as a key liaison between UK leadership, global HQ, and cross-functional teams.
- Track priorities, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple workstreams.
- Support employee onboarding and engagement activities within the UK office.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Qualifications
- 5+ years of combined experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager, ideally within a fast-paced, global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex priorities, coordinate across teams, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Highly organized with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other collaboration tools.
- Experience in fashion, consumer goods, or high-growth companies preferred.
