Entry-level role providing technical support to manufacturing operations, focusing on equipment setup, MES (Manufacturing Execution System) data entry, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Essential Duties

  • Perform equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
  • Enter and track production data in MES under supervision.
  • Support quality checks and compliance with safety procedures.
  • Follow standard work instructions and assist operators as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years of manufacturing or technical experience.
  • Basic knowledge of MES or ability to learn quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Lean or 5S principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
