Entry-level role providing technical support to manufacturing operations, focusing on equipment setup, MES (Manufacturing Execution System) data entry, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Essential Duties
- Perform equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
- Enter and track production data in MES under supervision.
- Support quality checks and compliance with safety procedures.
- Follow standard work instructions and assist operators as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of manufacturing or technical experience.
- Basic knowledge of MES or ability to learn quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Lean or 5S principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
