Rocksteady Music School is the UK’s largest rock and pop school. We teach fun and inclusive in-school band lessons to primary age children. Our mission is simple: to amplify children's self-belief and remove barriers to music education. We’re currently in thousands of schools in the UK, teaching tens of thousands of children every week – and we’re growing fast.  Our beautiful converted manor house in rural Liphook is home to our central office teams. From there, we all play our part in supporting our band leaders to reach as many children as possible with their lessons. That’s what gets us out of bed in the morning.  We’re now looking for a an enthusiastic and organised B2B Marketing Coordinator to support our B2B marketing efforts. Reporting to the Head of B2B Marketing, and working closely with the B2B Marketing Manager, you'll play a vital role in executing campaigns that connect us with primary schools and teachers across the UK. This is a hands-on role combining campaign coordination, content creation, and data analysis. You'll help bring our marketing strategies to life while building your experience in marketing and education sector engagement.     As a B2B Marketing Coordinator you will:   
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials including emails, brochures, case studies, and digital assets 
  • Maintain organised campaign documentation and asset libraries 
  • Assist with landing page updates and website content for B2B campaigns 
  • Day-to-day organic social media activity across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Facebook for B2B audiences (schools, teachers, education decision-makers) 
  • Support in the scheduling and creation of engaging social media content that showcases Rocksteady's impact on pupils, schools, and teachers 
  • Track organic social media performance and provide regular reporting on engagement, reach, and growth 
  • Working closely with our comms team, write clear, compelling copy for social media posts, emails, and digital materials targeted at educators 
  • Support the B2B Marketing Manager with content for ads, case studies, and testimonials 
  • Provide logistical support for education conferences, teacher meetups, and school engagement events 
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics including email open rates, click-throughs, and conversions 
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and assist with reporting to the Head of B2B and CMO 
  • Support data gathering and desk research on schools, local authorities, and education trends 
  • Data analysis to report on campaigns and support the wider marketing team with ad hoc reporting requests 
  • Support with the day to day running of our CRM (Hubspot) 
  As a B2B Marketing Coordinator you’ll need:  
  • Experience in a marketing team role (B2B experience preferred but not essential) 
  • Proven experience working on and paid social media channels, ideally for B2B audiences 
  • Strong copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone for different channels and audiences 
  • Excellent organisational and project coordination skills 
  • Comfortable using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and analytic tools (GA4/GTM) 
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace/Excel 
  • Confidence using data to measure success and inform decisions with competent excel skills 
  • Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools for creating social graphics 
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles a bonus
