Main responsibilities:   Terminations: Analysis, approvals, issuance of documents, routing for final settlements, scheduling and preparation for homologation, and sending documents to CEDOC. Labor Lawsuits: Receiving the initial lawsuit, analyzing claims, gathering documents for defense, preparing defense reports, communicating with external law firms, verifying the need for witnesses, and acting as the company representative. Legal obligations: Support during inspections by the Ministry of Labor and other labor authorities.   Mandatory requirements:  Currently studying Law – evening classes – expected graduation from July 2027 onwards
Intermediate English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Tools
