We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to optimize sales processes, ensure data integrity, and drive performance accountability across the organization. What You Will Do:

  • Design, implement, and refine sales workflows to improve efficiency and visibility
  • Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and delivery teams across the funnel
  • Own and manage CRM platform (e.g., Microsoft D365)
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain clean, accurate data for forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate with sales reps to correct data entry errors and uphold compliance standards
  • Track KPIs such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and quota attainment
  • Monitor individual and team performance against sales quotas
  • Generate dashboards and reports with actionable insights for leadership
  • Analyze discrepancies between forecasted and actual sales outcomes
  • Report on delayed or lost opportunities and identify root causes
  • Partner with sales managers to improve forecast reliability
  • Coordinate onboarding and training for new sales hires
  • Develop playbooks, templates, and best practices to support sales execution
  • Develop standardized reporting templates and support ad hoc analysis
  • Present findings and recommendations to sales leadership
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, auditing, or business analytics
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Deep understanding of consulting services sales cycles
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams
  • Strategic thinker with attention to operational detail and process improvement
