Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the Office/Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support across multiple departments. This role ensures smooth coordination between office functions and warehouse operations by maintaining organized records, supporting reporting processes, and assisting with general workflow needs.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to balance office responsibilities with hands-on warehouse support when needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized records for safety, compliance, and operational documentation.
- Prepare, process, and track check deposits and other financial paperwork.
- Support onboarding and new-hire processes, including document collection and scheduling.
- Manage office supplies and assist with purchase orders or vendor coordination.
- Support data entry, reporting, and communication tracking between departments.
- Assist in creating and formatting reports, memos, and presentations for management.
Warehouse Support
- Provide hands-on support to the warehouse team as needed (e.g., documentation, labeling, organizing shipments).
- Help coordinate warehouse schedules, projects, and communication between teams.
- Assist with safety compliance documentation and audits.
- Support general facility organization and ensure smooth daily workflow between the office and warehouse.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Collaborate with leadership, HR, and operations to align on company goals and priorities.
- Assist with report preparation and data tracking for multiple departments.
- Help ensure effective communication and documentation flow across teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or warehouse support role.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Working Conditions
- Split between office and warehouse environments.
- Flexibility to adjust hours during peak business periods if required.
The hourly rate for this role is budgeted between $24 - $28/hr
