Job Description
We are seeking a QA & Release Manager Specialist to play a key role in supporting product operations, ensuring release quality, and maintaining smooth processes across our platform. This is a hands-on role combining quality assurance, issue management, release coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management.
You will be working closely with product managers, developers, and client-facing teams to ensure that issues are tracked, releases are well-documented, and the platform continues to meet high standards of stability and usability.
Key Responsibilities
Product Operations
- Manage and track issues across multiple projects:
- Create and scope issues with clear specifications and acceptance criteria
- Groom backlog
- Assess, triage and manage bugs
- Provide regular issue tracking and progress reporting
- Consolidate and manage feedback from multiple channels
- Monitor and report on Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to ensure operational quality

Release Coordination
- Support release management by coordinating inputs across teams:
- Prepare and distribute release notes (Internal & External)
Documentation
- Maintain an up-to-date platform breakdown by feature
- Conduct regular, systematic reviews of system documentation for accuracy and completeness
Quality Assurance
- Execute testing across multiple environments:
- Unit, regression, and integration testing
- Functional testing
- Smoke testing for deployment validation

Administrative Support
- Manage billing and invoicing processes for partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a QA, product operations, or release management role within a technology or SaaS environment
- Strong experience with issue management tools such as Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Practical experience with QA processes and testing frameworks (unit, regression, integration, functional, smoke testing)
- Familiarity with release note preparation and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, etc.)
- Good organisational and reporting skills, with an ability to track operational metrics (e.g., SLOs, issue resolution trends)
Preferred / Bonus Experience
- Exposure to financial services technology.
- Experience coordinating with external software vendors/consultants.
- Understanding of Git workflows and software release pipelines.
- Prior involvement in billing or operations administration.
