We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Manager, Technology Strategy Enablement to join our team. This role is central to accelerating the execution of our technology strategy by enabling alignment, removing barriers, and delivering insights that drive strategic outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Accelerate Strategy Execution: Partner with stakeholders across the bank to track progress against the technology strategy, identify and resolve blockers, and facilitate cross-functional problem solving to drive outcomes.
  • Executive & Board Reporting: Lead the development of high-impact reporting for executive, board, and external audiences, clearly articulating technology outcomes and strategic progress.
  • Drive Productivity Uplift: Collaborate with business partners to identify, track, and manage productivity improvements across technology delivery and operations.
  • Deliver Strategic Insights: Provide data-driven reporting and actionable insights to the technology leadership team to support decision-making, build alignment, and drive buy-in.
  • Capability Building: Lead training and development initiatives within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and strategic excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Top-Tier Consulting Background: Experience in a leading consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG or Bain) or technology strategy role within a complex organisation, with a strong foundation in structured problem solving and strategic thinking.
  • Executive Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Technology Productivity Experience: Understanding of cost drivers across the technology value chain and ideally direct experience identifying and managing technology productivity opportunities.
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Technology Acumen: Solid understanding of current and emerging technology trends, the end-to-end technology stack, and the technology delivery lifecycle. Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into strategic insights.
  • Financial Services Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with the banking and financial services industry, including its technology landscape and strategic challenges, is highly desirable.
