As the Senior Campaign Analyst for Campaign Projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of the Qantas Loyalty initiatives with speed and accuracy. You act as the subject matter expert in data, technology and governance of the customer data used in the solutions for Qantas Loyalty initiatives. You will work autonomously and, in a team, to provide recommendations and solutions to your stakeholders.
This position is responsible for building strategic solutions to business problems and influence business, product / program direction to maximise the return on marketing investment. This position will make sure that the handling of PI data in transformation and ingestion by downstream is as per Privacy requirement.
Through the development and implementation of complex project and analytics methodologies, the position is accountable for ensuring that the delivery of Project will enable campaigns that are targeted to the customers with the highest propensities ensuring greatest take up and maximising revenue and ensuring this aligns to the business units’ missions and objectives.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- 5 + Years’ experience in Campaign Management/Targeting and Segmentation
- Advanced skills in BASH/UNIX scripting and SQL querying and relational databases, JIRA experience also preferred
- Tertiary degree in Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Computing or related analytical field
- Proven experience in secure data transfer mechanism and utilize industry best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and time management skills
- Managing and prioritising a number of competing tasks for different initiatives
- Proven experience in applying experimental design including the use of control groups for marketing campaigns
- Understanding of competitive environment and markets in the Loyalty industry
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Excellent organisational and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks & meet deadlines
- Ability to meet Corporate and Divisional/Departmental Service Standards; and
- Ability to comply with Corporate Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities Standard
- Experience in Tableau or data visualisation tools (Power BI/Qliksense) is highly regarded
- Experience in campaign management platforms (Adobe campaign, Unica, Teradata CIM )
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in campaign optimization, personalization.
- Experience in any programming language like JAVA, Python is an added advantage
