We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our team.   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and expand service offerings.
  • Track client satisfaction metrics and proactively address any issues.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate account status and performance insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Competitive salary: $57,000 – $61,000 per year.
