Sharpcontra is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Events Assistant will work closely with our management and marketing teams to support the organization of corporate events, conferences, and community initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events and meetings.
- Support event logistics, including venue selection, vendor communication, and materials preparation.
- Coordinate guest lists, registrations, and post-event follow-up.
- Maintain organized event documentation and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Provide on-site event support and ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in event coordination, administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
