Who We Are Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partner Marketing Coordinator (PMC) with some experience in marketing execution and account management. In this role, you’ll act as the single point of contact for marketing execution, managing Microsoft’s demand generation and engagement activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in project management, and has a passion for data-driven decision-making.

What You’Ll Do

  • Event Planning & Set-Up:

  • Schedule and organize in-person, virtual, and hybrid events for Microsoft partners.
  • Ensure all events align with Microsoft corporate guidelines.
  • Provide consultation on event platforms and internal event management tools to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics with venue providers, catering companies, and other vendors for on-site events.
  • Manage event costs in line with agreements with Microsoft partners.
  • Execution, Communication & Project Management
  • Serve as the Project Manager with full accountability for activity execution and results.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event execution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage event communications, including regional blogs, partner stories, and pre- and post-event comms.
  • Data & Insights

  • Collect, analyze, and report activity results, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure proper registration and flow of business leads.
  • Validate customer journey data and ensure accurate data flow.
  • Subject Matter Expertise & Stakeholder Management
  • Advise stakeholders on activity execution processes, KPIs, and tools deployment.
  • Provide expertise on commercial marketing tools and services.

What You’Ll Need

  • Marketing Execution & Account Management: Some experience in marketing execution, including client-facing roles with account management responsibilities.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and consult stakeholders using data-driven recommendations.
  • Project Management: Experience managing marketing projects and campaigns of growing complexity.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including senior client stakeholders and agency teams.
  • Advanced English
