Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and versatile Full Stack Engineer to join our team. As a Full Stack Engineer with participation in the architecture workstream, you will be responsible for solution design and development in a cloud-based platform. The ideal candidate is highly experienced developing backend applications with at least Typescript and Python, while also exposed to developing frontend experiences. Strong understanding of microservices and design patterns. Kubernetes is a must, along with a passion for architecting robust and resilient solutions.
This role also requires hands-on experience in AI/ML backend engineering, including building scalable infrastructure for machine learning workflows, familiarity with agent-based coding tools and AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents, or CrewAI.
Responsibilities:
1.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to define project requirements, implementation plans, and deliver high-quality software solutions in a timely manner
2.Develop and enhance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks in combination with enterprise tools and diverse programming languages
3.Active participation in deployment and improvement of applications in cloud or on-premises environments using Kubernetes
4.Integrate and extend agent-based tools and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAgents, CrewAI) into platform capabilities
5.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in full stack and AI/ML backend development. Proactively evaluate potential impact on our systems and propose remediation plans for risk mitigation
6.Promote and enhance development processes, tools, and existing software architecture in alignment with the platform’s roadmap
Qualifications and Skills:
1. 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Backend Engineer
2.Proficiency with modern frameworks in Typescript and Python. Additional experience with low-level programming languages is a plus
3.Experience with Kubernetes-based environments
4.Familiarity with different design patterns and software architectures
5.Experience with design and development of GraphQL and/or RESTful APIs
6.Strong experience with relational databases, with at least one modern ORM as well as raw SQL queries
7.Experience building backend systems for AI/ML applications, including model inference APIs, vector databases, and distributed training pipelines
8.Hands-on experience with agent-based coding tools and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAgents, and CrewAI. Familiarity with MCP tools is preferred.
9.Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and knowledge of continuous integration and deployment practices
10Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and their pricing model is a plus
11.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
