Partner Development & Safety Specialist

We are looking for a visionary Partner Development and Safety Specialist to enhance performance, safety, and culture in our organization. This role emphasizes transformation, connecting Partner success to business outcomes. Your mission is to ignite human potential through transformational partner development and mastery, creating world-class partner journeys and optimizing development programs to cultivate expertise. You will analyze talent metrics to identify high-potential individuals and develop pathways for leadership growth.

Additionally, you will lead a culture, commitment, and engagement revolution by implementing initiatives that promote joy, inclusion, and high energy, fostering continuous improvement. Ensuring optimized safety and thriving environments involves auditing, training, and system enhancements to promote safety and productivity.

Your accountability will include maintaining executive dashboards and insights, linking talent and safety metrics to business performance. You will act as a cross-functional accelerator, removing barriers to implement our strategic initiatives. Lastly, you will focus on Innovation and future-proofing by adopting best practices and AI tools to maximize Partner performance and engagement.

Requirements

• Microsoft Office/Google Workspace – expert in Excel (dashboards, tracking), PowerPoint (presentations), and Word (policy documentation).
• Collaboration tools – proficiency with Teams, Zoom, or Slack for scheduling, communication, and virtual training.
• Data visualization & reporting – creating clear reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) to track talent and safety metrics.
• Compliance & safety software – managing incident logs, audits, and safety training via platforms like Succeed Management Solutions or similar.
• HRIS & LMS platforms – navigating systems like Paylocity, Workday, ADP, or SuccessFactors for Partner data, training, and reporting.
