求人内容

主な業務内容：

• 求人票の作成・修正・掲載管理（社内外の媒体）
• 候補者との連絡（面接日程調整、連絡メールの送信、合否連絡など）
• 採用管理システム（ATS）へのデータ入力・更新
• エージェントや求人媒体とのやり取り
• 面接当日の受付・案内業務
• 採用関連資料の作成（面接評価シート、オファーレターなど）
• 採用イベントや会社説明会の運営補助
• 採用に関するレポート作成（応募数、選考状況など）
• その他、採用業務に関する庶務

資格

必須条件：

• 事務職または採用関連業務の経験（1年以上が望ましい）
• 基本的なPCスキル（Excel、Word、Outlookなど）
• 候補者や社内関係者との円滑なコミュニケーション能力
• スピード感と正確性を持って業務を遂行できる方

歓迎条件：

• 採用管理システム（ATS）の使用経験
• 英語力（読み書きレベル以上）
• エージェント対応や中途採用の実務経験
