What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-focused therapy

• Continue to learn and grow through Upstream’s education and development programs

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
