So, what’s the role all about?

As a Senior Software Developer, you will work alongside a dynamic team of developers to design, build, and maintain software features. You'll be responsible for writing clean, efficient code, assisting with debugging and troubleshooting, and participating in code reviews to improve your technical skills. This role offers great opportunities for learning and growth, as you'll gain hands-on experience while contributing to the development of high-quality products.

How will you make an impact?

• Lead design and development of software features aligned with architecture and requirements.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions across AML, Case Management, and Fraud Detection domains.
• Drive innovation by proposing and implementing solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and interface with global R&D and support groups.
• Ensure automation and testing coverage for all delivered features.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical reviews to improve team performance.

Have you got what it takes?

• 4–6 years of experience in software engineering with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Java/Scala, HTML5, AngularJS, VueJS, and relational databases (Postgres, Oracle, MSSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Actimize platform and financial compliance solutions is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global teams.
