Full-time opportunity - 80 hours per fortnight

We are seeking a dedicated and inclusive leader to join our Housekeeping team as a Villa Housekeeping Supervisor. In this role, you’ll coordinate and support all housekeeping functions to ensure our villas meet and exceed guest expectations for cleanliness and comfort.

You’ll work closely with the Luxury Hospitality Manager and Executive Housekeeper, guiding a team of Villa Attendants and ensuring that rooms, corridors, and service areas are maintained to Crown Hotels’ high standards. This role is key to fostering a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and service areas to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• Uphold Crown’s policies and procedures while striving for service excellence.

About You

You’Ll Bring:

• Previous hotel operations experience in a supervisory or higher duties capacity.
• Proven experience as a Room Attendant or similar role.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week without restrictions
• A commitment to outstanding guest service.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for team development.
